Bruk samme humlene til bitterhet som smak:
Når du varma opp til kok, putt 150g EKG i presskanne, fyll med varm vørter. Tøm ut humlevørteren, spar til slutt og bruk tilsett som smakshumle. Tøm gjennom et par ganga for å få ut maks smak/aroma.
Ta ut humla, tilsett i gryta som bitterhumle.
Voila: både smak, aroma og bitterhet fra samme humlene! (I teorien, iallefall)
