Notes
When bottling:
Hacka chili. Värm chilin till 78°C i 1 dl. vatten.
Låt det svalna. Sedan mixas det till en smet som används vid buteljeringen.
Tips: ta 1 dl. öl och dosera försiktigt chili med pipett i glaset. Testa tills rätt smak kommer fram. Därefter prima, dosera chili och tappa upp ölen.
