Notes

Brewer's Friend only had Munich 60L. Meant to be 1.5lbs Munich II and 6oz of Crystal 60L. Also, used two full 2kg bags of two row instead of the 7lbs per the recipe.

Hops - supposed to be .5 Columbus @ 60 and .3 Centennial at 0.

Supposed to ferment with California Ale WLP001.

Added 1ga of water after boil. 6ga wort boiled to 4ga. FG was 1.060
