Notes
My efficiency was way off on this one. I did not sparge enough and I left some sugar behind. i think I can also lower the steep temp to 150. When I brew it again I will reduce the DME and chocolate malt and I will add more cara red. Overall the beer is excellent with a lot of character, with a few subtle changes it wil be a winner.
