Notes

The first hop stand is noted for 60 min, but in actuality I did it for however long it took for the kettle to cool with the lid on at room temperature (70F) down to the second hop stand temp at 170F. I think it was a little under an hour. I just set a temp probe to go off at 170F; I'll get the actual time and update the next time I brew this.
