Notes

#01NMP-01 American Red Ale (BJCP Style 19A) with a sharp bite of citrusy hops.
American 2-row pale ale malt, American Crystal 60L and Victory malt rounds out the grain bill. Mash temperatures in the range of 152°F to 156°F create a wort with a nice balance of fermentable and non-fermentable sugars.
Citra hops adds a unique tropical fruit flavoring; a whirlpool of Cascade hops adds grapefruit flavor and aroma.
