1.5 LBS Brown Sugar
2x Cinnamon Sticks

Heat and Mix 0.5 Gallons Cider with Sugar and Cinnamon until clear. Add to fermenter and top off with 3.5 gallons cider. Pitch yeast and shake.

Ferment to taste (~3 days / 1.040). Package, carbonate, drink.
