added columbus with 45 minutes to go but then there's another 15 minutes of utilisation so I think the IBU will be a touch lower than indicated
decided I wanted flavour and aroma with Coconut and Vanilla so put in 45 mls of coconut liquid extract and 4 vanilla pods whole at 94C
added Zythos at 81C so maybe a tiny bit of utilisation but would be hardly anything
Smelled absolutely fantastic in the boil with the coconut - it smelled like reef oil
