Final gravity is about. 5°P: Final ABV 5.2% (attenuation=70%)
100 vanilla beans (caviar removed) soaked in 0.5L of vodka for 5 days and added to the secondary.
The amount of beer bottled and keged was 760 liters (see filling reports). Very probably there were not 10hl in the fermentor but 900L. 15%-20% lost during bottleling.
