Yeast is from Brewbaker IPA
We had some problems with the lautering that were easily solved.
We put 750L water at the beginning and the temperature before adding the malts was 64C (it went down to 60C after adding the grain)
We had 1040 litters before boiling with 14.3Plato. After boiling we had 980 litters with 15Plato.
