Notes
Add flameout hops at 195F and whirlpool for 30mins before bringing down temperature with chiller.
Add 2oz of Nelson (dry hop) at same time as pitching yeast, around 63F. Allow to heat to 66F during fermentation.
Leave alone until fermentation slows and then add additional dry hops for additional 3-6 days (tbd).
