Mario Bojorquez • 11/02/2016 at 02:52am 8/10 Cloudy straw pale color, big head of foam, nice aroma, good carbonation bready and grainy character, but its missing something because it gets boring and tiring after a while, maybe due the 3 litter pepsi botle it lost carbonation in the end and it gave a odd flavor, I could not identify the flavor that's why I need to get the capper. Maybe change the yeast to a more tradicional one because my brewshop didnt had any and add flavoring, I will do it again but with some changes. GF likes the idea of adding strawberries but in the end very proud of my first batch of beer.
