Notes
Main Beer. Mashed 60 min at 152. 1 oz Apollo at 60 then 2 oz at flame out cooled and pitched Nottingham. 60 mmin boil. Active ferm at 10 hrs. OG 1.063
Small Beer - Rinsed grain bed with 3.5 gallons cold water and brought to 170 and drained and boiled for 35 minutes. .5 oz bittering addition. and .5 oz at 30 minutes. Cooled and pitched Imperial dry hop. No real activity at 16 hrs. OG 1.020 added .75 lbs table sugar when fermentation slowed. Dry Hopped with 1.5 Cascade and 1.5 oz Waimea on Oct 5th
Main beer Sampled. Oct 5th FG 1.010 Racked to 2ndary on 2 oz Amarillo loose hops and 1 oz Waimea.
