Notes
"To get the best possible profile from the dry hops we recommend dry hopping post fermentation for 5 days. Dry hops should be added at cellar temperature. We find 14°C results in the most aromatic dry hop profile."
The BrewDow IBU is reported to be 40 which seems low. The original PUNK IPA has 60 IBU with way less Hops. So either the AA of that years hop was very low or it is close to the double of what they report, which makes sense for an IPA.
