This used Sierra Nevada Pale Ale yeast harvested from a 12-pack and built-up over 3 fermentation sessions (to include the final starter) into a 1-quart starter. Substitute for WLP001 / US-05 / Wyeast 1056. Entire starter was poured into wort.
This has just a little bitterness, and a great grapefruit, hoppy taste and smell. Enjoy!
