4 of 5

rounded up to 8lbs, supplier was out of 2-row substituted, pilsner. used 1 oz citra. same times. OG 1.042 FG 1.012 3.7%ABV.
I can't say it tastes like ultra, but none of the "clones" ever do. but dang is it smooth, clear. lots of head and retention. first time using citra, i loved the aroma! would/will brew again. thanks for the recipe!

does this brew actually have a boil time of 15 minutes? I can't see going form 8 gallons to 7 gallons in 15 minutes.

I never made this but wanted to try it. I wonder if they meant to say add hops with 15 minutes left in boil. I would boil for at least 60 minutes maybe more depending on how long it takes to lose 1 gallon.

IT DOESNT TASTE LIKE AN ULTRA CLONE BECAUSE THE INGREDIENTS ARNT RITE...TRY 40% 6 ROW 30% 2 ROW AND 30% RICE...GET YOUR HOPS RITE...CITRA..I DONT THINK SO...SAZZ..FERMENT SUPER COLD WITH THE RITE YEAST AFTER A LONG MASH...
