Mash at 150F
Add 0 min boil hops and let stand for 60 minutes.
Drop the temp Pitch and Ferment at 66F for 14-17 days.
Cold Crash to 36F for 2 days before racking to secondary. Rack, bring back to 66F, then dry hop for 3 days.
