Notes

1) Steep grains at 150-152F for 25 minutes.
2) Rinse grains with 3-quarts of water w/ the temperature of 190F
3) Top up brew kettle to 3.5 gallons, bring to a boll
4) At at end of the boil add both jars of LME.
5) Add cold clean water when wort is at 100-110F and top off to 5.5 gallons.
6) Aerated well and yeast.
