Just opened my first bottle of this brew, far darker than I had planned, I am thinking that is due to the caramelization of the candi sugar as well as some caramelization of the LME during the boil. Ended up pitching a packet of champagne yeast after 4 weeks in primary to get the FG down to 1.017 (stalled at 1.022). Overall it is a really lousy blonde ale, came in far too dark and flavors don't really match the profile, however it is a pretty decent accidental dubbel!
