Brewed this for a party and it was a hit. Used Vermont IPA - Conan yeast in a 2 liter starter, not US-05. Not quite a Sip Of Sunshine, but a Mango Citrus Bomb with relatively low bitterness and a creamy mouthfeel. VERY GOOD! I fermented at around 72 and I might try to do so at a bit cooler temp next time around. The beer was a cloudy mess, but cold crashing before racking to keg was helpful... still cloudy, but for such a low floc yeast, I was happy with it. Nice Golden color like SIP.
