Notes
2x2 pakker gjær. Gjæres best mellom 10-15C. Ergo midt på for å være sikker. trenger ca 550 mrd celler. Tilsvarer ca 35 gram. Bohemian Lager Yeast er på 10 gram pr stk. NB Husk gjærstarter.
Veldig lite malt men skal ha en pre-boil på 1039.
Oppskriften er type riktig - Classic americansk lager.
