Följ mäskningsschemat så noga som möjligt med er utrustning.
Rekommenderad åtgång av jästen är 11 gram / 20-25 liter.
Efter mäskningen, laka (häll över varmt vatten ca 60 grader) över maltbädden. Cirka 2 liter vatten per 50 liters sats.
Tillsätt Protafloc (liten påse) cirka 1 kryddmått på en sats av 50 liter cirka 15 minuter från slutet av kokningen. Detta gör att ölen blir klarare.
