Notes
Dry Hop/Steep instructions:
1500ml water to flask to boil
take off heat
add 1oz citra, 1 oz simcoe (will return to boil spontaneously)
sit for 2 min w/ stopper on (sponge type)
Take to ice bath and cool to 130 degrees (apx 5 minutes)
remove from ice bath and allow to steep for 20 minutes (finish temp around 120 degrees)
Sanitize funnel with mesh filter insert
Pour hop juice through filtered funnel directly into cooled wort just before pitching yeast.
