Notes
In hope of the grains I had laying around had not gone bad this was a a last ditch effort to use all the grains and experiment flavor wise with a smoked beer, hope fully this has a nice full body which carries into a smokey after taste similar to that of a scotch.
Ill have to get back to you guys on the taste when its finished.
Please note: I did not use liquid smoke in this recipe, the grains were placed in a smoker at 70 degrees and let sit in the smoker for about an hour. The woods used in the smoker were cherry and white ash with the ember bed being ceder slats.
