Use 4gal of distilled water in BK. Use tap water for steeping. Add 1tsp gypsum, 0.5tsp CaCl, .25tsp Epsom salt to BK.

Notes

Simple extract pale ale to try Pacifica hops brought back from NZ holiday in a single hop brew. Followed same basic recipe as NB Azacca single hop pale extract kit which was fantastic. Use 2nd Gen WY1968 harvested from Honey Blonde. Make 1L starter.
