Notes

Using (2) packs of Lallemand Munich Classic Ale Yeast. Its not listed as a yeast option.

Last 2 Hefeweizen have been fermented at 62. More clove and citrus. I want a little more banana notes. This time, I'll set the temp for 66 and see how that goes.
