Toombstone • 11/12/2018 at 10:51am Hi Plesca, I like to ferment dry yeast at the lower end of the tolerance (19/20 degrees C), as I find unless it is a Belgian Saison I like the yeast to be as comfortable as possible. I hope this helps.
