Notes
Follow directions for supplement additions based on volume. Drinking water to 6.5 gallons. Puree strawberries. Add Tannin, pectic enzyme, acid blend, and yeast nutrient per directions. Stir daily for first week. Move to secondary after 1 week. Rack after 2-6 months. Clarify and bottle.
