Notes
- Heat 1/2 gallon of water to 165 degrees in 1-2 gallon pot.
- Add crushed steeping grains and steep for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- After 15 minutes pour wort and steeped grains into brew pot through 5-gallon paint strainer bag.
- Remove bag and grains and bring to boil.
- Add hops and boil for 15 minutes.
- At flameout add aroma hops and extract. Stir extract thoroughly.
- Add enough chilled, distilled water to reach fermentor volume and stir thoroughly again.
