Notes
Will be funked in the barrel with Yeast Bay Saison Brett Blend. You can move the 10min addition to 5min if you would like. Also, use whatever saison yeast strain you would like except Wyeast French Saison (since that one is a beast and may ferment too much). Note the Burton water salts too!
