used a mix of bottled spring water and filtered tulsa tap water. one day i will become the scientist and tune water chemistries to fit my beer, but until then... i'll just drink my beer as it is currently - awesome!
 
Notes

loosely inspired by north coast red seal but added an extra 1/2 lb of DME and a half lb of maple syrup. my OG reading was 1.085, which, if the conversions here are accurate, should actually set the final abv around 8.5%. can't wait!
