Notes

Slight departure from the Brewdog recipe. Substituted the original Motueka hops for Cascade and Saaz to mimic style and IBUs (compromise of both).

brew efficiency is also much higher for us than for the recipe so we will upscale to about 50L instead of 40L.

hops bill also results in a higher IBU (49 instead of 40)
