Notes
Fathers day brew, milky colored wort, had to switch propane tanks @ 35 min (paused timer). Mash went well, left yoga mat on the entire time
next time i make this (for Jenny) I will use German Hull Melon at the end. but will use equinox, and buy the same yeast
9/23
Changed liberty to bravo.
Same hops at the end, but 10min instead of 5 and 0. Hull melon at the end. .5 oz. All hops added @ 8 min. 10.min rest
And mashed at 153. Held really well considering I forgot the yoga mat.
1054 at 5 gal. Started with 7.5
