  • Added extra hops and dextrose to recipe.
  • Hops added using hop spider.
  • 2x US-05 Safale yeast dry pitched in 19C. Fermenter temp set to 21C
  • Used a blow off guide tube, bubbled strong for first 5 days.

  • Dry hopped for 3 days

  • Bottled using drops. SG 1013 (7.8% ABV)

    (Recipe suggest; Chill to 18C to pitch yeast then let temp free rise to 22C, crash chill before bottling.)
