Poured water about 10 hours before mash to let chlorides out
Used 5.2 ph stabilizer (1 tablespoon) in mash (1st time trying this)

Brewed on 6/15/16
No mash-out or temp raise (lazy, testing efficiency w/o)
No sparge at all (testing efficiency w/o)
24 hr starter (1L)
1/2 tsp yeast nutrient w/ 10 min left in boil
NO irish moss or whirlfloc since want it cloudy :)
-3 days into primary, added 2 oz mosaic pellets (straight into the carboy)
-after 8 days of primary, racked to keg and added 2 more oz dry hop (in a muslin bag) - will remove after 4 days.
-gravity at this point is 1015 (June 23)
-taste on 6/23 was good up front but then had a bitter/grainy/astringency...not sure why...hops?
