I’ve made this recipe twice now and it turns out great. It’ proven to be dangerously good for a few friends and family members.

I’m having trouble with the fermentation. I used another recipe and I think the calculations are off. My OG was 1.060 what can I do to save the beer?

Any high attenuating yeast should be good, WLP 501 for example.

An alternative yeast that is equivalent to the Wyeast 3463 is WLP720. The White Labs may be easier to find.
