Notes

This is the second version of this recipe. Changes I made since the first version:
Removed 500g Carahell malt,
Moved 5g hop addition from 60min to 30min (it became 15g at 30min),
Added 1L more of volume,
Added 500g more of base malt.

To Remember:
Add more primming sugar. Take note on how much sugar to add this time!

On my first try on this recipe I felt the result with good body, good bitterness but I think the caramel flavor and aroma could be reduced to valorize the the hops.

My second attempt on this recipe led my to have a beer with more balance on the aroma and less bitter than the first attempt. The foam is consistent and good looking at the begging but it goes away quite fast. The aroma is fruit and the body is full.

On my third batch I could reproduce the same results as the second one. I am failing to get the right carbonation although it is vary tasteful aromatic.
