I made this recipe, the only change was to increase the grain bill to 10 pounds at the same ratio.
Yesterday I tapped it for the first time. I went down to the liquor store and bought a sixer of Kona Big Wave to see how it compared. The color was dead on, the clone seemed thicker or more viscous (is this mouth feel?), and the clone has quite a bit more more hop taste. overall , Very tasty.
