Notes
Mash high 155, Ferment at 62 till krausen drops, slowly raise to 72 and add dry hops. Rack to keg/bottles 7 days later. No finings. Serve when carbed. US-05 Will make an awesome beer as well, slightly dryer and less cloudy.
