This is my first brew so I'm keeping it very simple. I only have 3kg of malt extract so I'll be using some table sugar to up the alcohol a bit.

Cold tap water used to top up batch.
Pitch temperature: 30C.

Fermentation temperatures:
Remained stable between 22-23C

Gravity after 2 weeks (19/06): 1012
