grab some wheat from choppe: and find that yeast somewhere. Then good to go: fun ex-beeriment! consider splitting into two fermenters... 2 yeasts: one temp controlled, one not so much, or even both small totes with different temps...
If so, consider upping volume to get at least 12 L in each one (to make use of that precious carboy real estate).

Naw: just do this. Looks like this yeast is a winner for hoppy wild ipas.
