Post boil quantity 32 liters, 8 liter cold tap water added to fermentor to reach desired OG (1.050)
For sparging we tried batch sparge in two steps, worked really good, compered to fly sparge, takes longer time less sugar is extrected etc.. at least when we do it.
No water correction was done
