Notes

Opted to use White Labs - California Ale Yeast WLP001, as this was such a big success with my Oatmeal Stout. Also dry hopping this beer with the remaining .5 ounces of Cascade, .25 ounces of Citra and .4 ounces of Galena. Hoping to achieve a delicious aroma, and forward citrus notes with this beer. Over 40% wheat!
