Shooting for a light summer ale. Light color, average alcohol content, light taste, very clear. Currently carbonating at 15psi at 38 degrees for a little more carbonation.
I think this is close. 1 week in the primary, 1 week in the secondary. Cold crashed for 3 days and then kegged. It's very clear but the head retention is a little weak. Will try some carapils for version 2.
