I use my own distilled water. Nutrients(such as Wyeast nutrient) 1/2 tsp added. Can't always trust filtered or Tap water as they often have either sulfur or chlorine. Most chlorine comes off in the boil, but why chance it. I sometimes add a small vitamin pill.
