Cacao nibs 100g
Vanilla pods 2 off
100ml Vodka or other spirit
add more liqour as it is absorbed, add to fermentor when a gravity of 1.020 is achieved
hydrate yeast, day prior to brewday, add 500ml of brewing sugar/water solution to a gravity of 1.030 on brewday
