Notes

Brewed on 23/04. Excellent efficiency compared to first BIAB. Got 15L out of 20L initial mash - 0.5L will be lost in transfer to reduce trub. Mash temp up at end to 68 deg. Drained into cube for chill in brew fridge overnight. Pitched yeast 24 hours later.
