Notes
The cascade and citra hops are added to the APA in hopes of imparting a tropical phenolic fruit character to the beer. My favorite pale ales have a grapefruit or orange peel (Bell's Two Hearted and Oberon) flavor to them which I am going to try and artificially recreate using hops.
