Notes

Finished at 1.074 @ 75 degf
Brix @ 18.3
Wlp001 Cali ale in 1st ferment
Wlp008 East coast in 2nd
Mashed in @ 164
Mash dropped to 150, had to increase heat for 5 min

Bottled. East coast 1.020
Cali 1.014

5/8/16 tasting notes: East Coast a bit more funky than Cali. Boozy, syrupy, lots of caramel. Will come together better with age. Possibly a stronger hop presence would balance the sweetness.
Probably could let the east coast ferment a little further.
