Added Herbrucker hops late and after chilling to pitch temp. Let sit for 10 minute before adding to fermentors and pitching. Split the batch into 3 separate fermentors. 1 gal with wyeast brett brux. 2.5 gal with safale us - 05. 3gal with wlp 300 hefeweizen strain.
